The team at Bright Dental Centre in Russell, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a full-time basis. This is a high-producing practice offering strong earning potential, advanced technology, and an experienced team committed to mentorship and professional growth. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services while ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for. The practice is equipped with digital X-rays and charting, Invisalign, VideaHealth, WaveOne Endo, iTero scanners, and more. This position offers 32+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with varied hours and one evening until 6 p.m. Compensation is fee-for-service, starting at 40% of collections. Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, and be registered or eligible to register with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. 1–2 years of dental experience is required.
