Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and training from experienced dental professionals. The ideal candidate holds a DDS, DMD, or BDS, or has successfully completed the NDEB equivalency process, and is registered or eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
