Huntsville Smiles Dentistry (formerly Doug Litchfield Dentistry) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our well-established, non-corporate dental practice in Huntsville, Muskoka. Mentorship is available if desired. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends, offering an excellent work-life balance. Responsibilities include: Comprehensive examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning Restorative, preventive, endodontic and basic surgical procedures within your scope and comfort level Patient education and preventive care Maintaining accurate clinical records Collaborating with hygienists, assistants and administrative staff Providing ethical, patient-centred dental care Maintaining RCDSO and infection prevention and control standards Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree NDEB certification Registered or eligible for registration with the RCDSO Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team Located in beautiful Muskoka, Huntsville is approximately a 2-hour drive from Toronto, offering a great balance of professional opportunity and lifestyle.
