Compensation starts at 40% of collections on a fee-for-service basis. Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program or have completed the NDEB equivalency process, and be registered or eligible to register with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
