Associate Dentist – Flexible for FT or PT| Sooke, BC - 20 minutes from Langford, BC We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice in beautiful Sooke, British Columbia. This full-time position is to replace a departing dentist in a well-established, family-oriented clinic with a loyal patient base and a supportive team. About the Practice: * 5 fully equipped operatories * Paperless office using Power Practice software * Emphasis on patient comfort and care – our goal is to provide exceptional dental treatment in a welcoming, relaxed environment * Full-scope general dentistry including extractions, root canals, implants, Invisalign, and oral/nitrous sedation What We Offer: * Full-time hours (4–5 days per week) * 40% compensation * Established patient base – step into a fully booked schedule * Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team * Collaborative work environment with opportunities for mentorship and growth Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited DDS/DMD program or successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process * Licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC (CDSBC) * Valid CPR certification * Minimum 2 years of clinical experience would be beneficial Come be part of a warm, collaborative team in one of Vancouver Island’s most scenic communities.
