Northern Dental Care in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist to join our modern 17-operatory practice on a full-time basis. Our fast-paced, team-oriented clinic is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a welcoming and collaborative environment. Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis starting at 40% of collections. The schedule is approximately 37 hours per week with flexible days. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Candidates must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS degree (or have completed the NDEB equivalency process) and be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
