Description

We are a busy, innovative dental practice with several locations and we’re seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Our practice is expanding across two locations, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated General Practitioner (GP) with a keen interest in implantology, oral surgery, and advanced dental procedures to serve as an in-house “Super GP.” This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally, keep specialty work in-house, and contribute to a practice that prioritizes innovation, patient care, and professional development. What We Offer: We are committed to supporting our team’s success. As our Associate Dentist, you will benefit from: Comprehensive Support: Full staffing, patient care coordination, and robust follow-up systems to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences. Internal Referral System: Keep specialty cases in-house, with referrals directed to you from our evening clinics, reducing external referrals. Marketing Innovation: Join a practice with a sophisticated marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to contribute content to these marketing funnels, amplifying our reach. Continuing Education Support: We prioritize your professional growth, offering financial support and time off for continuing education, particularly in sedation dentistry, to meet the growing needs of our patient base. Competitive Environment: A one-year commitment with a confidentiality agreement and a non-compete clause (specific to external marketing in our area) to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. Please note, our clinic hours are non-traditional, and we are open until 11pm everyday. This position will require evening and weekend shifting. Qualifications We seek a dedicated dentist eager to expand their expertise in implant dentistry, oral surgery, sedation, full-mouth reconstruction, and potentially All-on-4 procedures as our practice evolves. The ideal candidate is committed to learning, adaptable, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality, specialized care. Key responsibilities include: -Working a minimum of one evening clinic per week to handle general and specialty cases. -Dedicating a minimum of one clinic day to support advanced specialty procedures, with internal referrals from our evening clinics to streamline patient care. -Collaborating on a one-year commitment to help establish and grow our specialty services.
