I’m a travelling dentist with an IV moderate sedation permit. I provide dental services, including wisdom teeth extractions and implants (complex and simple) in your office. I’m looking to work with a few more offices in KW or a nearby region. I can also help you set up a facility permit if you don’t have one currently.
