You should be: • A Clear Communicator: Able to explain complex treatments in a way that puts patients at ease. • Patient-Focused: Dedicated to providing a comfortable, anxiety-free experience. • Independent & Proactive: Capable of managing a diverse caseload while maintaining high clinical standards. Qualifications • Education: Must hold a DDS, DMD, or BDS (or NDEB equivalency). • Licensing: Must be eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons. • Experience: Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates. • Skills: Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
