McAllister Dentistry is a privately owned, non-corporate dental clinic. We were voted Top Choice Dental Clinic in Ottawa. We began as a startup clinic 8 years ago and have grown into a very busy and successful practice.
Dr. McAllister is a graduate of UofT class of 2011. She has currently limited her practice to cosmetic dentistry and is searching for a general dentist to treat all the other patients in the practice.
We are ideally looking for an Associate Dentist who is passionate about general restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics to help keep all these procedure in-office. There would also be mentorship opportunities for cosmetic dentistry, if interested.
The ideal candidate would be someone who values patient relationships, and is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized and comprehensive dental care.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, with potential for growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who:
• Values relationship-based, patient-first care
• Is interested in airway dentistry, functional health, or expanding beyond traditional restorative care
• Enjoys working with both adults and children
• Wants to grow clinically in a supportive, progressive environment
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality restorative and preventative dentistry
• Educate patients on oral health, airway health, and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with a strong hygiene and clinical team
• Maintain accurate clinical records
Qualifications
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
• Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continued learning
• Interest or experience in airway dentistry is an asset (but not required)
