The team at Bright Dental Centre in Russell, ON is seeking a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist for a permanent part-time role starting April 27, 2026, with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care while ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal Associate communicates effectively, helps patients feel at ease, and works both independently and collaboratively. This high-producing practice offers strong earning potential, modern technology (including digital charting, iTero scanner, Invisalign, and WaveOne Endo), free parking, and mentorship from experienced professionals. There is also potential for future equity partnership within the 123Dentist network. Schedule includes 20+ hours per week: Mondays (1pm–6pm), Thursdays (8am–5pm), and Fridays (8am–4pm), with additional hours expected. Compensation is fee-for-service, starting at 40% of collections or higher. Candidates must hold a BDS, DDS, or DMD (or NDEB equivalency), be eligible for registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and have at least 1 year of experience. This rural role may qualify for Canada’s Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
