Associate Dentist – Elmwood Dental Clinic (Liverpool, NS)  Address: Elmwood Dental, 123 Main St, Liverpool, NS B0T 1K0 Position Details - Schedule: Monday through Friday, and as needed at our sister practice, Acadian Smiles (Address: 8174 Hwy 1, Meteghan, NS B0W 2J0) - Position: Associate General Dentist (Permanent, Full Time) - Start Date: As soon as possible  - Compensation: $160,000–$400,000+ - Bonus: Signing and/or relocation and/or retention Bonus available for the right candidate - Experience: Open to New Graduates & Newly Licensed Dentists - Work Location: On Site - there is no option for remote work. - Language Requirement: English - Benefits: Discounted Continuing Education through Dentalcorp Institute, options for employee paid group benefits plan and group RRSP (employee paid), free parking  Elmwood Dental Clinic is a well-established, modernized dental practice proudly serving the Liverpool community. You will step into an established schedule with consistent production and strong collection performance, supported by certified dental assistants and experienced hygiene staff. You’ll be joining a practice led by Dr. Sukhdip Singh, a passionate leader and mentor with extensive experience in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry.   About Elmwood Dental: - Modern paperless environment (Dentrix) - CBCT/pan, and digital sensors, paperless. - Strong, loyal patient base (clinic currently unable to accept new patients) Duties - Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue to diagnose disease, injury and decay and plan appropriate preventive or corrective treatment. - Provide full-scope general dental services including but not limited to: cleanings, restorations, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, surgery and dental implants. - Monitor patient progress to identify changes or the progression of dental disease - Refer patients to dental specialists as needed for recommended procedures - Supervise dental hygienists, dental assistants and other staff - Prescribe antibiotics or other medication as required - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and recommend/complete preventive measures when needed About You: - Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process - Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements - Valid CPR certification All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.
