The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of dental conditions, contributing to the overall oral health of our community. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8 am - 5 pm NO WEEKENDS Responsibilities -Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs -Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, surgical and cosmetic dental procedures -Utilize dental software such as Paradigm for patient records management and treatment documentation -Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care -Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions -Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and adhere to all safety protocols -Manage pediatric patients with gentle care and appropriate techniques -Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development Qualifications -DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution -Valid state dental license in good standing -Experience working in a dental office setting is preferred -Proficiency with Paradigm software is highly desirable -Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus -Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to patient care -Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage multiple cases efficiently This position is integral to providing outstanding dental services while fostering a positive patient experience.
